Earlier I had 33% of my ads being posted were ghosted ads. Well, a couple hours later, another ad showed up. (Why it took so long, I don't think I'll ever know). So that brings my total to 7 posts out of 9 stuck and only 2 were ghosted.
Feeling cocky, I decided to try and post more ads. Same as before, 3 Craigslist postings per email address per IP address. This time I changed the hyperlink. Instead of using the same hyperlink that I used before, I decided to hide or mask my URL. Here are a couple of the services that I used for making tiny URLs:

http://canurl.com
There are tons of these sites out there that will create short/tiny URLs for you. The above are just the ones I chose for my experiment.
I posted 6 more ads on Craigslist and out of 6 posts, all 6 ads stuck! 100% Yea! So today I posted 15 Craigslist ads and out of 15 only 2 were ghosted. Lets see, that a 87% success rate. Not bad. I'd like to get that number higher. But not bad for the first day.
One issue I'll have to work on is quantity. It takes a lot of time to post just 15 ads. If I ever wish to post 60-100 or more ads on Craigslist per day, I'm going to need a different method of posting. But for now, I think it's wise just to find out HOW to post on CL correctly without getting flagged or ghosted. Once I have that figured out, then I can concentrate on quantity.
