This evening, after I already posted 50 ads, I was blocked by Craigslist. Kind of cool, I've never seen that before. I would create my ad, then when I enter the captcha (Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart) code, I would get an error saying that my posting was being blocked, and it gave a number of reasons.
Basically it said that I was duplicating something. I tried changing the Title, URL, and the Anchor Text. Nothing worked. Finally, I changed my ad completely and everything started working again.
Don't know what it was that was getting me blocked, and I probably will never know. However, what I do know is that it was easy enough to fix. I posted another 80 ads today.
